PipsTrader is trading technology and monitoring software. It is not financial advice, portfolio management, brokerage service, or a guarantee of profit.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing pipstrader.pro, creating an account, purchasing a product, activating a license, downloading an EA, or using a PipsTrader service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the referenced Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and meet every minimum-age or eligibility requirement imposed by applicable law, your broker, and the payment provider. You are responsible for confirming that use of the service is lawful where you reside.
3. Account registration and security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Protect login credentials, email access, MT5 access, license keys, and authentication codes.
- Do not share an account or license in a way that bypasses product limits.
- Notify support promptly if unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Services and digital products
PipsTrader may provide Expert Advisors, license validation, subscriptions, billing, payment integration, account telemetry, dashboards, public masked statistics, notifications, affiliate functions, and support. Features can differ by product, account, broker, region, subscription, and system version.
5. License grant and restrictions
Subject to payment and an active subscription, PipsTrader grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product according to its product scope.
Unless expressly permitted, you must not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, rent, or commercially share an EA or license;
- reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, tamper with, or disable license, telemetry, security, or access controls;
- use one license on more accounts, products, or instances than allowed;
- interfere with servers, APIs, payment systems, dashboards, or other users;
- use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, market abuse, or unauthorized access.
6. Account binding and compatibility
A license may be bound to a specific MT5 account number, product, symbol scope, or other entitlement. Account migration requires support review. You are responsible for confirming broker, symbol, contract size, leverage, hedging or netting mode, VPS, and platform compatibility before use.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription duration and access are shown during checkout and in My Subscriptions. A subscription does not automatically renew unless recurring billing is explicitly displayed and accepted. Promotions, extensions, or free months apply only when confirmed in the order or fulfillment record.
8. Pricing and payments
Prices, currency, taxes if applicable, exchange-rate source, and payment-channel fees are displayed before payment. PayPal, payment gateways, banks, e-wallets, and other providers operate under their own terms. PipsTrader does not store full card details or payment credentials processed by those providers.
For payment-gateway conversion into IDR, the platform may use valid USD selling rates from BCA and Mandiri and apply the higher valid rate shown at checkout. The final provider amount controls the payment authorization.
9. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. A refund or chargeback may revoke the related license, subscription, promotion, affiliate commission, and digital access.
10. Trading risk and user responsibility
- Forex, CFD, crypto, and leveraged trading can cause rapid and substantial losses.
- Past performance, live results, backtests, simulations, statistics, and screenshots do not guarantee future results.
- EA availability, online status, telemetry, or a trading signal does not mean a trade is suitable for you.
- You decide account capital, broker, leverage, lot size, risk settings, and whether to trade.
- You must monitor the trading account and maintain independent access to MT5 and the broker.
11. EA operation, connectivity, and position management
The EA may depend on MT5, internet, VPS, broker execution, market data, server validation, and telemetry. A server or TCP interruption can make dashboard data stale. The system is designed to preserve management of existing positions when new-trade authorization is unavailable, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
12. Telemetry and data use
To provide licensing, monitoring, statistics, security, billing, and support, PipsTrader may process account identifiers, broker and symbol information, IP and device information, heartbeat, quotes, spreads, positions, transaction history, operational logs, subscription records, and payment references.
Public account pages may display masked identifiers and selected statistics. Do not send broker passwords, email passwords, API keys, private keys, OTP codes, recovery phrases, or full payment-card details.
13. Third-party services
Broker servers, MT5, VPS providers, banks, payment gateways, Telegram, email providers, exchange-rate sources, and internet infrastructure are controlled by third parties. PipsTrader is not responsible for their outages, policies, execution quality, delays, fees, or data practices, except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
14. Availability, maintenance, and changes
PipsTrader may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, legal, provider, or product reasons. Reasonable efforts may be made to communicate material changes, but emergency changes can occur without prior notice.
15. Intellectual property
PipsTrader software, source code, EAs, dashboards, design, content, trademarks, and documentation remain the property of their respective owner or licensor. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or source-code rights.
16. Suspension and termination
PipsTrader may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, expired subscription, fraud, security risk, chargeback abuse, license sharing, unauthorized redistribution, attempted bypass, illegal use, or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the user may be given an opportunity to correct the issue.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. PipsTrader does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free software, broker compatibility, execution at a specific price, profitability, or a particular trading outcome.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipsTrader is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from market movement, broker action, user configuration, third-party failure, connectivity, or reliance on software output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Changes to these terms
PipsTrader may revise these terms. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
20. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution through support.
21. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through pipstrader.pro/contact or emailed to support@pipstrader.pro.
